Pros:

Use with honey and b5 and your skin will feel vibrant and soft. Seems to calm existing acne and irritation while preventing new breakouts

Cons:

None

Out of everything I've tried and am currently using (have done every prescription prescribed to males, including accutane 3 times), this is my favorits treatment. I use it as a scrub/wash/mask first thing in the morning. Puts your skin is a beautiful state that allows a more healing environment. No dryness, no oiliness, just soft vibrant, skin. I'd do it morning and night, but I don't want to risk overdoing it and have such a wonderful treatment quit working because of it.

Pros:

Works well. Easy to make. Cheap.

Cons:

None, really.

I found this mask on an Xanga site filled with beauty tips [[link removed] At first, I didn't believe something so simple could work so well, but I went out to CVS and bought a bottle of 99 cent un-coated aspirin. When I got home, I followed the instructions on how to make the mask and left in on for 10 minutes. It smelled nice because of the honey, and the aspirin wasn't flaking off and making a mess. When I rinsed it off, I immediately noticed my skin was a lot smoother, and the redness was gone. The next morning, my skin was a lot clearer, and the acne I had was barely noticeable. I used it every other day and within a week, my skin was perfectly clear!

Pros:

VERY EFFECTIVE & INEXPENSIVE!
I've tried it all, from Proactiv to Murad, nothing works. I bought ALOT of products for my acne, again, NOTHING WORKS! Until one day, I found this home remedy. It SERIOUSLY changed my life and my appearance! I LOVE IT

I noticed many people are complaining about the fact that they need to crush it & it's very messy. You do not need to go through this, all you need to do is literally sprinkle (YES, SPRINKLE!) some water in the aspirin & it will dissolve by itself. It will form into some type of paste and that's when you apply it in your face. Make sure you sprinkle the right amount of water, or else it will be useless if you put too much. I mix honey with it, SO it stays in my face & not make any type of mess! Plus, the honey helps heal my acne as well! THIS IS THE BEST ACNE TREATMENT!

Pros:

I love this mask! This mask saved my skin after a string of horrible breakouts! You can actually see visible results after just one application!

Cons:

A little bit messy to prepare, but not that difficult.

Make sure you use honey-honey has antibacterial properties and is also very moisturizing. This is what I use as a spot treatment and it works wonders. I have very sensitive skin and I use this about every other day-it doesn't dry out my skin and it feels great! I don't use bp products for spot treaments anymore and my skin looks so good right now! I am very pleased!

Pros:

Its very cheap!
Near instant results!

Cons:

?

I just tried it for the first time today after reading about all the rave reviews that the Aspirin mask got. But, I must say, you do get almost an instant difference, whether it lasts or not, thats a good question. I have incredibly oily skin on my face that Im trying to combat with Diane 35. But while I was waiting for Diane to kick in, I decided to use the mask. It helps if you have a little water in a bowl and then add the Aspirin. You'll find that the Aspirin will dissolve in like 10-20 seconds and its much easier to crush. More than anything else though, it does minimize your pores!

Pros:

Great for oily skin, works better than expensive treatments, and it is better than anything a dermatologist has done for me. I can get a bottle of 200 for $1.00 at the dollar store.

Cons:

Messy and makes you sneeze

I usually wash my face with a cleanser and then take about 10 aspirin in the palm of my hand and pour a small amount of warm water on them to dissolve the aspirin. Next, I mix the aspirin with a cheap over the counter face mask and let it sit on my face for 10 minutes and rinse. By mixing it with the mask, it tends to stay on my face longer and not flake off.
