Aspirin Mask

I used crushed aspirin and pure honey and used it as spot treatment on a large painful pimple on my chin. I had already popped it so it was sore, red and huge. I put the "mask" on it yesterday around 5pm and once again today around 7am and besides some dry flaking skin it's flat and just red/scabbed now. It's amazing and I wish I would have tried this before!!

I have acne since I was 13, I am now 18. I suffered an endless battle with acne, making countless doctors and dermatologist trips, with no avail(luckily treatments are free here) I came across this asparin mask on the internet and i can say its truley worked wonders for me, but might not be for everyone, i have sentitive skin too. I dissolve 2 uncoated asparin tablets with a few drops of water, wait a few minutes and slather it on my face, try to sit as still as poss as it crumbles everywhere! Wait for upto 20 minutes then scrub it off with warm water, then i apply freshly squeezed lemon juice to my face and leave over night(check out the lemon juice feed on here!) please don't use bottled lemon juice, it contains lemon oil which broke me out like hell:( then i moisturise alot in the morning. My skin hasn't looked this good in years..would say i have a few spots now, not acne.. But the scars are still trouble. Can anyone reccomend anything for scars?:) many thanks.

use aloe vera with honey and the 3 aspirins with water, rub in circle motions onto your face, avoid eye area. rinse of after 15 mins orwhen you feel your skin is drying out and the mask tightens

I was a bit skeptical of trying an acne mask but I finally decided to try it after nothing else seemed to work. Immediately, my skin was less red and felt much smoother. It occasionally helps to decrease the size of existing cysts. I use some aspirin tablets (5-7 for entire face), some water and a tsp of raw organic honey. I've been using the mask about two times a week for 3 weeks now. It's cheap and harmless!

I have mild to moderate acne, depending on the time of the month, and my breakouts are always on my chin. Some of them are those bigger, cystic pimples that take a couple of days to come to the surface. My skin is easily irritated, and acne treatment products usually just make it flaky, dry, and gross. I tried the aspirin mask after reading tons of rave reviews on here and on MUA and had to give it a try. I have not yet used it as a full facial mask, as most of my skin is clear...I've just been using it as a spot treatment on my chin breakouts. I don't mix the aspirin with anything other than water and just dab a little bit on each pimple. I leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Upon wiping and rinsing off, the pimples are usually much less red/inflamed looking, and by the next day, they are significantly smaller. If I catch a pimple when it's first forming, the aspirin mask will make it go away overnight and never fully form, which is awesome!!!

I didn't get the aspirin from my local market ...so can i use ecospirin

I put the mix on my face and it was very watery, I put a little too much water. But putting honey in it does WONDERS for your skin. It feels fresh and tight and you can see a difference in one use

I like to take two un-coated aspirins and let them sit in some water until I can mix it into a paste. I apply that to problem areas and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes then gently rinse off with lukewarm water. Redness is instantly reduced, but skin is severely dry. Applying an oil based moisturizer is a must after this. I use Nivea Soft with one drop of 100% tea tree oil. Works great!

I woke up one day with a huge cyst on my cheek and applied crushed asprin to it. Immediately, the bump became less red, but it didn't go away. Asprin works to reduce redness on me, but not so much get rid of the pimple.

It makes skin soft and gives you a healthy glow. It also helps pimples heal much faster.
