Pros:

Makes my skin glow with health and radiance

Cons:

Can ball up
Makes my skin sensitive to the sun

I struggled with acne for almost 18 years before finding DK's Regimen. I was completely clear within 6 weeks after beginning the Regimen. After being on The Regimen for about 6 weeks, I started applying the AHA+ at night after treatment, before moisturizer. My skin has never looked better. I have that glow that make-up can't give you, and therefore have learned to hate covering up my beautiful skin! This coming from a girl who wouldn't even go to the grocery store or gym without make-up for years :)

Pros:

LOVE it. Evens skin tone, clears active acne spots, shrinks pores, makes skin smooth and beautiful and moisturized

Cons:

Not good during the day unless you use just a TINY amount because it is thick/sticky. I haven't noticed any increase to sun sensitivity.

OK, I hate BP, SA, pretty muchI hate most all acne products. They usually dont help at all, make skin dry and irritated, and quick working if you miss only one day. This stuff rocks. It is moisturizing, and it clears Acne. I tried the "regimen" and pretty much everything else, to no avail. This stuff is the only thin that worked for me. All I did was wash with Neutrogena Naturals face wash, and this at night. At first, I GLOBBED this stuff on, just like you would with the BP in the regimen and rubbed it in gently but well. Now I use just a little bit, enough to cover. I use it only at night, in the morning I just splash with water to rinse it off. I am outdoor all day, never noticed any increased sun sensitivity but I always use some sunscreen. Bottom line, if you hate BP and it doesn't work for you, this is definitely worth a try. I cleared up within a few months completely, and it has been over a year of clear skin since then. My acne was Moderate/severe before, now it is non-existent. Also, this helps with the marks.

Pros:

clear, smooth, even-toned skin!

and it can help prevent wrinkles in the future!

Cons:

seriously....nothing!

Ok, so i had light-moderate acne with really oily skin. I went on a light dose of accutane after my extremely persistant and stubborn acne failed to respond to other treatments. Accutane worked like a charm with minimal side effects. but everyone knows after so much time some of the acne and oil returns. THIS PRODUCT FIXED EVERYTHING! i use it as my regular moisturizer morning and night after i wash with a mild cleanser. my oil level has dropped, and i only have an occasional zit or 2 around my period. It's also the best bang for your buck! The tube is HUGE and even though its like $17, it has lasted me over a year (and remember, i use it twice a day)!! my real bottom line---TRY IT!

Pros:

It works - does everything it says it will

Cons:

None - at all

I hate lengthy reviews, so here it is plain and simple. I started using this in December, and I am now completely clear. I dont use anything else, except a basic facial wash. I use this at night, with one generous application. Stinging - not really. Maybe a little once in a while but nothing like the SA I have used before. It also DOES NOT really increase sensitivity to the sun for me. It really depends on your face and skin. I haven't noticed any tendency to burn since I started using this, and I have a medium complexion and blonde hair. Anyway, I am clear, I would recommend to anyone. Even if you dont have acne, it makes your skin so soft and hydrated, I literally glow now!

Pros:

Fast absorbing
Moisterizes.

This lotion saved my life. I started using it after about two weeks on the regimen. I use it at night only and replaced the Acne.org lotion with it. What works for me is in the morning I use the cleanser, treatment and lotion. At night I use the cleanser, and just the AHA lotion. This cleared my face up completely after a couple of months and I am no longer breakout prone. I have tried EVERYTHING and haven't had results that I get with the regimen and

Cons:

Stings a bit sometimes when you first apply it but it only lasts a few seconds then you are good to go.

My skin was so bad that I was getting a new pimple every other week while old ones were still healing.. I was getting pimple clusters as well as pimples would grow on top of other pimples. When I was young I was pimple free. I am 29 years old / male and started breaking out for the first time at 28. I can proudly say i am pimple free now after two - four months following the regimen with my own twist (AHA instead of treatment/lotion at night). Most of my scars have cleared up alot as well and more importantly, i am not acne prone anymore. Everyone has noticed and I am finally confident in my skin again for photos.

Pros:

-Goes on easy
-Works GREAT with Benzoyl Peroxide
-Doubles as a moisturizer
-Leaves skin smooth and supple

Cons:

-Burns/Stings
-Sun Sensitivity, you need SPF

I am so happy I got this. I was a bit weary because I read a couple reviews about it making acne worse but I was one of the lucky ones. This works great with BP, it's like the trusty sidekick you always wanted. It's great for moisturizing, so there's one less thing to put on your face at morning/night. I can't really say it helps acne disappear instantly, or anything, but it for sure helps with hyper-pigmentation and it leaves your skin very supple. There is a slight sting with this product, but it can sting a lot in some areas especially if you use it on a popped pimple or anything you have been picking at. So it gives you one more reason to not touch your face! I don't get why everyone rips on the smell, I think it's not really a problem. It doesn't smell good, but it doesn't smell horrid like everyone says it does. It just has it's own distinct smell.

Pros:

Softer, brighter, and overall better looking skin.

Cons:

None so far!

I'm using Epiduo Gel in the morning and Acanya Gel at night. I use the AHA+ at night about 10-15 minutes after I apply the Acanya Gel. The first week, my breakouts got worse, but it would make sense that "It gets worse before it gets better" would come into play here. I am now two weeks into it, and have completely clear skin. I'm still waiting on that 'red mark fading' pitch, but I have high hopes! All the stuff I'm using should be exfoliating my skin like crazy, too. No irritation either! Try it, for at least two weeks and THEN review it. And I'm a 16 year old male.

Pros:

gives perfect smooth skin, faded my purple-pink marks from older cysts and pimples,i like the cream-gel consistency, does what an aha product should do

Cons:

maybe the smell if you're super sensitive,it doesn't bother me personally, have to use sunscreen

I've been using it for the last 2 months and I love it.It does exactly what I wanted it to do and more.I bought it to reduce the flakiness my skin was under.I used other aha product before this one and it was great too but expensive for the quantity I was getting. This is pretty affordable if you do the math,it's going to last me 8-10 months with nightly use. It gives me flake free, smooth skin, foundation looks great. I also noticed that my purple-pink marks from older cysts are starting to fade so that's great. This cream combined with a sugar-free diet made my acne disappear 80%. I still have oily skin,no improvement here. I was really expecting a strong smell but it's really just a light lemony scent. It didn't burn after application,no redness either. I'm using it only on my face every night,in the morning I use a moisturizer with sunscreen. Definitely a repurchase.

The Best AHA On The Market
I love this stuff! I am an RN and licensed esthetician, and have tried almost every AHA out there. The buck stops here for sure. I have dealt with angry cystic acne for most of my life, and this AHA stops it in its tracks. Nothing I have ever tried calms and deflates acne faster than this product. Combined with Dan's BP, it cuts the healing time in half, at the very least. Used together, they are amazingly effective at preventing breakouts, and do not contain parabens which is awesome. Unfortunately, it won't work for everyone because we are all different, but in my case my skin is like night and day. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and I won't ever go back. Good luck everyone!
