Pros:

It works, if you use it daily and moisturize your face after using it.

Cons:

Dries your skin out if you don't use a moisturizer afterwards. The payment may not be affordable to all. If you skip a day, you break out.

Only use it if you'll commit to it daily or twice a day like they recommend.

Pros:

Cleared blemishes, face no longer oily

Cons:

Too expensive, made me break out like never before, took a while to work, small bottles

I didn't have a major problem with acne before I started using it but I wanted to know what all the hype was about and I was concerned about the amount of acne that I was getting each month. When I first tried it, I had huge pimples on my face in places that I had never had breakouts and they hurt! After one week I called Proactiv to return the products for a refund but the lady talked me into keeping it and reducing my usage and to even stop using Step 3 - that irked me somewhat because if I'm still paying for it but I don't need it then why should I keep it? So I kept at it and now it's only been 2 weeks and my skin is starting to improve big time! My face is no longer oily and the blemishes have all but cleared (besides the huge scars even though they weren't open scars!). I can't really stand the smell of the cleanser and I'm not impressed with the amount (or lack of) product that you get for your money but all in all, I'm keeping the faith. I'm still well within my 60 day money back guarantee so I'll see how I go from here on. Besides being too expensive, I think it would probably work really well on people who have bad acne and are good at sticking to a routine.

Pros:

I don't get whiteheads, just occasionally some blackheads which is normal. The skin is less oily which is good.

Cons:

over applying the toner and lotion makes my face reddish and sensitive to sun and sea water.

For me, the cleanser and sulfur mask are the only thing i found it effective. Toner and lotion are rubbish. The good thing is that they can be bought separately which is good.

Pros:

Simply cleared my whole face after about a week of use.

Cons:

Made skin horrible for a week.
Expensive.
Made my skin more oily.

After about a week of using I woke up one morning and my acne was pretty much gone. But the first week made the acne 10x worse then it was before. I probably would not buy again and just get a cheaper cleanser and BP.

Pros:

It smells ok?...

Cons:

Caused redness & stinging.

I have oily sensitive skin and the instant I put it on my face was on fire :'( I guess its just my skin type but it didn't work for me. I thought the burn would go away after a week but it actually made my skin worse.

Pros:

Skin feels smooth, clears up acne in the beggining

Cons:

after a few week, it stops working, its expencive to order online. seems as though it bleached my skin, so my face is whiter than the resat of my body. after a while it seems like its not working at all.

I wouldnt recommend it, all the hype is a load of crap. they have obviously air brushed their pictures online. I was expecting great skin, and it didn't happen. i wouldnt bother again.

Pros:

Makes me feel better that i'm cleaning my skin

Cons:

My face still gets oily and did not clear my face. I followed the instructions to the T and it still didn't work.

Use it only if you haven't tried anything else and make sure you get a good deal because it is expensive.

Pros:

the mask is AWESOME

Cons:

smell
inconsistent
drying

the mask is awesome and works immediately. I have been using this for about a year and it worked the first couple of months and then it stopped working. My acne never got worse but it didn't get better either. My face got VERY dry. Once i stopped using it and then tried to go back to it, it didn't work. In the summer after sweating and being in the pool, the product never worked again but the mask is definitely worth buying. I still buy it even though i dont buy the other products.

Pros:

It made my skin feel smoother for a while and it also cleared my skin- for a while.

Cons:

To be honest, it made my skin worse. I have had problems with acne for 4 years and I thought it would help but It didn't. It made my skin peel and even after I stoped I had to put up with peeling skin and a very red irritated face for 2 months.

Maybe it works for people with light or moderate acne, but it didn't work for me. I regret using it now. The process of puting the medication on every morning and night does take up time. It can be a hassle if your someone who feels uncomfortable puting a cream on top of a cream. Like I said it did work for a while. It was slowly making my acne clear up and then two weeks later, it came back twice as bad. If it gets in your eyes it does irritate it. I would never use it again, but I did get my money back.
