Pros:

Nothing!!!!! It is not as it seems it the tv adds, my face actually got worse after the first use!!

Cons:

The products made my skin worse, it was also a complete rip off, especially if you are ordering from Australia, do not order it! They have an unreliable system that is not on time on the first order and you don't get a month to decide before the second order comes, it's more like a week and a half! And then they force you to pay for their stuff which they initially promised would work otherwise you get your money back! Do not buy!

Please use the money on a dermatologist instead... Proactiv is a total scam. I wish I never ordered it. :(

Cons:

They'll rip you off
Doesn't really work
They'll rip you off some more

Do NOT buy from them. I paid for my original package, then when they sent me another one, I immediately sent it back to avoid charges. I had a tracking number, so when I saw that it had arrived, i simply threw it away. BAD IDEA. They continued to charge me $70 for the package I sent back, but they "never received," and of course without that tracking number, I couldn't get a refund. Then, I later get another bill from some agency saying I still owed them money. Regret! Such a rip off!

Pros:

None. It didn't help, it only made the condition worse

Cons:

The company is difficult to deal with and continues to charge you after you've cancelled.

You will sign up for a promotional offer for $30. Then they'll start sending you more than you can use, and charging you for it. I cancelled but still received shipments and bills on my credit card. Even after 3 or 4 phone calls and getting the run around. These people are difficult to deal with, use underhanded and confusing business practices to move a product that simply doesn't work. Do not buy this product.

Pros:

My acne did go away...

Cons:

Just read below

Proactiv is crap. Just crap. I'm 17 now, and started to suffer from severe acne around 14. I tried many products, but nothing worked, so finally my mom got me proactiv. The first 5 days it worked well, except I hated the smell and it was very time consuming. Well, as I continued to use it my acne cleared, but in its place I had the most dreadful flaky skin. After about a week and a half it got so bad that i stayed home from school from sheer embarrassment, and I didn't use it before bed that night. When I woke up in the morning I was horrified. My face exploded in acne like I had never seen. That was because I didn't use it for one night! The thing is, despite what proactive says, it doesn't deep clean. Instead it creates a barrier on the surface of your skin so that the doesn't show itself, and If you don't use it every 12 hours, the wall isn't strong enough to barricade the acne. I stopped using it and canceled my account. Or at least I thought I did. They charged and sent me another order 3 months afterward. I sent it back and got my money back, but i did have to pay for shipping. :P All in all, this product is awful dont waste your time or money on it. I now used Herbaria natural soap. A bar is $6 and goes a long way (And smells AMAZING) followed by a dilute of Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner (about $5 per bottle). This works wonderfully for my terrible acne, and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

Pros:

-Smells good
-Exfoliating beads feel nice
-Systematic approach

Cons:

-Did not clear my acne

I think this product would work great for someone with an occasional break out. I would not recommend this if you have moderate to severe acne. It made my skin very soft and it did soothe it, but I continued to get breakouts. .

Pros:

NON

Cons:

small
overpriced
bad for sensitive skin (don't even try it)
no decent warnings about allergy reaction

I have acne on my forehead and I always wanted to try proactive. I ordered a promotion set, it came in small bottles. Anyway, i started to use like direction said and got severe allergic reaction: red rush all over my face! I looked like a walking sand paper! It made skin dry, looking terrible. I stopped to use it right away. Even now, after 2 months, my face is covered with tiny pimples. Bottom line: if u like your face and u have sensitive skin - DON'T BUY IT!!!!! Natural organic treatments are much better!

Pros:

None

Cons:

The products do not work and the customer service is horrible. They still charge me even when I have not received the goods.

Since their products do not work, I called to cancel the following shipment. And the customer representative talked me into having another shipment in 6 months. The shipment has never come; however, they kept sending me bill. I called to tell them that they should not send me a bill, as no goods were mailed to me and I need to cancel my account. They blamed the postal office and told me I still need to pay because it was out of 60 days. That's totally outrageous. Why do I need to pay for something I have never received. I'll never buy anything from this company, as it is not professional and ethical.

Pros:

makes skin feel soft

Cons:

-over drying
-smells bad
-does NOTHING for acne
-expensive

do NOT buy this. ive been to hell and back trying to find solutions for my acne. this does absoloutley nothing. i used it and i had no results so i went to the dermatologist and she told me that the main ingredient in proactiv is benzoyl peroxide and that is an ance treatment that is found in just about any store bought face wash. so proactiv is no diffrent than your average clean & clear or anything like that. people who use it and swear buy it are honestly just waisting their money. go to the dermatologist and honestly they gave me an oral pill to take and a night and morning treatment and my acne was all gone within two months. i get so many compliments on my skin now and i love it.

Pros:

- The refining mask was okay... I guess
- The commercial...

Cons:

- Dried my skin out BADLY
- Make my skin flake
- My skin relied on it
- If I didn't use it for ONE day I would get horrible pimples
- It smelt awful
- The third step made my skin SUPER greasy
- When I was applying the cleanser it kind of hurt because of all the beads in it...
- The price was painful
- The bottles would eventually go concave, making them fall over so it's hard to organize your bathroom

It dried out my skin horribly, by horribly I MEAN HORRIBLY. It was horrendous, my skin was flaking, it hurt to smile, moisturizer wasn't working, exfoliating treatments weren't working, proactiv basically killed my skin. On top of that, if I forget to wash my face, hello pizza face. When I say pizza face, I mean my skin looked disgusting. I stopped using it and to my surprise my acne didn't come back. The only think that came back was the horrible dry skin I was talking about. Yeah... that lasted for about 6 months. I pray that this product discontinues sales because it SUCKS. Don't waste your money on this piece of ****
