Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Dried out skin. Worsened acne. Wasted money and time. My brother used this too, and he had the same results as me. I wasn't very fond of the smell.

Extremely dry skin even after I reduced the number of uses. I waited about 6 or 7 months to see any results, and I was disappointed with more acne on my face.

Worse company ever
This is really bad company I ordered Proactiv last March and it said I suppose to get 3 installments and it's 75$ but however they send 3 kit by every other month and I thought I am done with paying with it but they charged money from my acc on August September and October I called customer care on September and I said I don't want items anymore and Plz stop charging my card and they said ok but next month they charged again and then I called my credit card and disputed payment and Proactiv start sending letters to me and it said I have past due of 75.36$ so however I had to pay double. Worse company ever I think I spent more than 200$ for 3 boxes

Please don't go for this
This is the waste product,Please don't go for this. I have used it, which made my skin black in color and as well as no improvement in acne/scars removals. Instead of this you better prefer the normal solutions which are in available @ medical stores. Waste of Money and time.

did not work for my skin at all
I purchased this about 3 years ago, the whole shazam, and used it religiously everyday, twice a day as the package described. Let me tell you it was a waste of my time and a waste of my money! It did not work, i tried to be patient, but after 5 months and no result i gave up. I got on birth control and about 60% of my face cleared up and i am currently using the regimen to clean out the rest, and i am starting to see results. If you want clear skin there are other options, dont give up. Proactiv is full of bullsh*t advertisement with no real results.

it just made my skin worse
Everytime I used it my face got really irritated and puffy. I thought maybe I was just using it wrong but after several times I realized it was just making my skin worse.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!
I had a minor hormonal acne, so I decided to buy Proactiv in hope to clear up my skin. Immediately I began breaking out. I blew it off thinking it got worse before it got better. I kept using the products, but nothing got better.. at all. I have extremely sensitive skin, but I did not think an acne treatment would break me out. At first I stopped using the body wash that made my entire upper back severely break out, which had never happened before. Within a few days of not using the body wash, my entire back completely cleared up. After realizing this, I decided to stop using the face care items as well. Same results. My face completely cleared up and went back to my usual few pimples every now and then. Has anyone else had these awful results?!

Pros:

My older daughter loved it! Little strong for my younger daughter. They have a product that is not as harsh as the full strength formula

Cons:

Would have tried it but I couldn't get past their return policy. ProActive CS keeps charging my acct! I am not your bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT. YOU GET STUCK IN A LOOP OF THEM OWNING YOUR BANK ACCT UNTIL THEY ARE GOOD AND READY TO CREDIT YOU BACK! ANY TIME I GET I WILL BLOG BAD ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!! CHANGE YOUR WAYS!!!!!!!

Cons:

The 3 step process Didn't help my acne. Horrible customer service. Scam.

Don't waste your money, its a rip off. Kept taking money from my account after I cancelled and mailed back product. Never saw a refund. I would not recommend this product.

Pros:

The green tea moisturizer works decent.

Cons:

Gave me bumps all over my face.
Severely dried out my skin.
Didn't clear up any acne.

If you have sensitive skin I would stay away from this product. I had a horrible reaction to it. My face became red, bumpy, and I developed patchy,dry,red spots all over my face because of this product. It took over a week for all the symptoms to go away and I looked much worse after using this product. The chemicals in it are too harsh unless you have really tough skin. To top it all off, this product did not even help to clear any acne. All it did was make everything worse. For those with sensitive skin, I would suggest trying this as a last resort.
