Pros:

Inexpensive (Bought the HOT SPOT)
works
Not too hot
Soothing
FAST!

Cons:

Makes area red
only 80 uses

I bought the Zeno Hot Spot from the site and i am pleased. It cost 49.99 and it is easy to use. If you feel one coming, just put it on there and 2 1/2 minutes later, it's gone. I got one cystic and used it and the swelling went down in a few hours. It seems to be going away completely :). I was on accutane for 5 months and just get an occasional pimple every once in a while. I use the Zeno to zap them!

Pros:

ZENO HOTSPOT
- Reduced size of pimple
- Not as epensive as the older Zeno
- Cute colors
- Small

Cons:

- Only 80 uses
- can get pretty hot
- Cant use if theres a small amount of pus (whitehead).
- Annoying beeping sound.

I'd reccomend this for those who have the occasional large pimple like me. When first using it I had to take it away from my face for a second before replacing it on my zit because of the heat but I'm sure it's different for everyone. I'm happy with it, it's like having an extra backup plan in case the daily regimen just isnt enough.

Pros:

Works on new breakouts

Cons:

Can make old ones worse

This product is not a miracle cure, but I'm happy to have and use it. I bought it 5 weeks ago and tested it on a new pimple (fresh that morning) and one that was 1 week old. The new one died the next day and cleared up completely within 3. Awesome! The old one is still red 5 weeks later (yes, 5 weeks...) and has never come to a head. That's rare for me and I expect the Zeno device killed the bacteria and prevented a quicker resolution. Bummer! I have since treated ~6 other new ones and all but 1 died in 1 day versus my usual 10 days. The one that survived is smaller and I think it will fade quicker. Cool! I plan on buying this product again, but I understand that's it's just another tool in the toolbox and it's most effective on fresh, smaller and close-to-the-surface ones.

Pros:

Helps reduce acne

Cons:

Expensive
Battery life

I have been using Zeno for 3 days and I find it to be quite effective. I'm going to hold on to it for a few more weeks to be sure. I believe it is a good addition to a good skin regimen. I have struggled with acne for about 7 years and I already use prescriptions and quality products to "control" my breakouts but I think Zeno might be just what I need to help with shortining the life span of the pimples I get on my face. We will see, but I would reccommend trying it. There is a 30 day money back guarantee if it doesnt work.

Pros:

Easy to use, and best of all it works!

Cons:

Tips are expensive, but I've noticed that the price on the device has come down recently, so maybe the tips will too?

If you struggle with blemishes that are painful, won't come to a head and take FOREVER to heal on their own, this device seems well worth it to me! I used it this morning on a new blemish that was starting to appear, and about 4 hours later it already feels less painful, less raised, and feels well on its way to recovery! It usually takes me days! I had to share this little miracle worker with other acne sufferers! I'll keep using it in the future and relay the results.

Pros:

* Stops nodules and papules in their tracks
* Doesn't interfere with other treatments
* Most effective spot treatment I've found.

Cons:

* Tips are limited to a set number of uses and stop working when they hit their limit.
* The tip feels REALLY hot when you first touch it to your face
* Not for people with thin or delicate skin.

The Zeno is an all or nothing device in my experience. IF you suffer from the types of zits that don't ever come to a head AND you don't have delicate sensitive skin, the Zeno is a godsend. It doesn't work for blackheads, whiteheads or pustules. If you have delicate skin, it'll likely just burn you. I've got relatively thick, oily skin on my face and tend to get these horrible nodules that just linger for weeks. Feels like I have a BB embedded under the skin. After two or three treatments with the Zeno, they are noticeably smaller and fade away within three days. Without the Zeno, it is more like two weeks. It's definitely not for everyone, but if my description sounds all to familiar, I recommend giving the Zeno a try.
