Pros:

It kills the big red pimples you zap at without side effects.

Cons:

It is only for light to moderate acne. It does not kill white heads or black heads

It gets rid of red pimples but does not work on severe acne and does not get rid of blackheads and white heads.

Pros:

Truly does work-very happy with it

Cons:

expensive but well worth it

I have mild acne but tend to get a few big pimples a month(usually around my cycle) and I hate it b/c they are so noticeable. I used to use benzoyl peroxied but it would take so long to get the big ones to disappear so I decided to try Zeno and I'll tell you what within one treatment they were already have the size and now by the second treatment they are almost gone-it's truly amazing. Try it-it's worth it!!

Pros:

Gets ride of spots that are just developing.

Cons:

Only work for some spots. Once the spots turns into that dreaded lump it's to late. Treatment is long, 2.5 mins for evert spot!

It's expensive and doesn't really work as well as it should.

Pros:

It looks cool as if it will do some major damage to your acne.

Cons:

Simply, it does not work.

It doesn't work. All those who may be suffering from hormone inconsistency to just almost regular acne, this will do bare minimum. You spend about 200 bucks buying this, and you spend about 20+ min zapping your acne with this tool that makes very annoying sound. Expensive and No-go.

Pros:

Did not irritate skin. Seemed to calm down small pimples.

Cons:

Took many treatments to make a small difference. New pimples seemed to sprout very close to the one I was trying to get rid of! Too Expensive

I am going to return it! It is very expensive an I will have to buy refills every two weeks at the ate I am using it. A note to those who have the Mini. I started with that one. It used so many batteries that I gave up and bought the rechargable one. If it works for you I am glad-but not for me, too expensive-not good results. Sad too, I really wanted it to work. I bought this at Wal-Mart, they were very accomodating about returns within the 30 days...don't bother with the company.

Pros:

Worked the first time but I was constantly breaking out and soon ran out of treatments.

Cons:

Has not worked this time ( 2 months later). Way too time consuming if you really have acne. It probably would be good for those who get 1 or 2 pimples a month or even a week. But I'm not that "lucky"

I would take it back but I hate it when they ask you why you are returning the product...isn't is obvious. You can probably get the same effect with a washcloth and bowl of hot water. lol $150 vs $1!

Pros:

convenient ususage
no goo or mess

Cons:

expensive
inconsistent

I also looked for a miracle but did not find it with Zeno. Sometimes, the device would work but most times it did nothing for my pimple. Disappointing!

Pros:

for those annoying pimples that pop up the night before something impotant-it works great

Cons:

can burn the skin near the mouth areas and is expensive

it works for the pimples above the skin. zeno does not work for severe acne types. it is not made for those type of pimples. ive learned that it doesnt make it better to press down harder on the pimple it makes it worse. it does work though on certain pimples i would recommend it for someone who gets regular breakouts during their period or when they are stressing out.
