It is hard to tell from just a front picture. Some side views would help but from that one picture, I would say it is moderate-severe. Have you visited a dermatologist yet?

I would ignore them because fi you scratch them, you risk causing damage to your skin (by popping a pimple when it is not ready) which could lead to scarring.

I got those blackheads on my nose during week 3 too! It was strange because I never had them before but now that I am on week 5, they are mostly all gone! So I think yours should go away soon too.

Since your skin has started to dry out, it is working! I am a little over a month into my course and I have not noticed and reduction in my acne yet but it takes time.
