I would ignore them because fi you scratch them, you risk causing damage to your skin (by popping a pimple when it is not ready) which could lead to scarring.

just put hydrocortisone cream . sometimes it also helps shrink my acne when I put it on . it makes the little bumps go away faster . not the cysts though ..

Are there any health issues with not scratching itches? Don't we get itches for good reasons sometimes?
