The vitamin B5 i'm takin come in 550mg each capsules. Damn its tough to take these. their huge... Anyway to make it easier when taking in?

i'm taking vitamin B5 alone...the only side effects i notice are diarrhea and very little hair loss.

Does anyone else's stomach growl whilst on B5? How do you stop that? An if you take something will it counter the positive effects of B5?
