I have combination (Oily sensitive) skin, normally I'm only suppose to exfoliate once or at most, twice a week with a physical exfoliant, but what about a chemical exfoliant?

Which one is better?

I have oily sensitive skin, I use witch hazel cleanser and toner, then follow if up with aloe vera gel fruit of earth, I noticed today that around my mouth there little dry flaky spots around my mouth...

Do you usually use a toner right after you cleanse? I have the witch hazel toner and cleanser, should i use one right after the other if my skin is a combination of oily and sensitive?
