Depends on which chemical exfoliant if it is a AHA youll have to graduallu digest into it. Such as using it once per week then to two then to 2 1/2 you understand. As yoir skin gets used to it youll be able to use it daily but only at night because chemical exfoliants make your skin sensitive to the sun so wear sunscreen. As for BHA you can use it daily, but like I said gradually digest into and dont forget to moisturize as itll dry your skin.
