Get control over your acne first but in the meantime stay out of the sun the red marks will get worse with sun,and use sunscreen also you can look into micro dermabrasion and skin peels

If your not confident in doing this just take a step back,your acne is cured now use sunscreen and make-up for now until you know what you want.

I think yes with time sunscreen use will help the redness if they are deep scars maybe try rolling once the acne goes away but be careful not to cause more acne from the aggressive rolling
