Hi,
i'm a white male and i was just wondering what is the best product to get rid of hyper pigmentation from spots and also flat scarring, vitamin e oil or bio oil? or is there anything better then those two things??? i feel like i have been searching for an effective scar cream for so long and I'm having no luck.

I tried both and I thought that bio oil was working great with my dark spots but unfortunately I got huge cystic acne under the skin after one week so I stopped using it . hyper pigmentation can go after 3 months but you have to avoid new acne breakouts .
what worked with my skin is raw unrefined shea butter but it's thick and looks greasy .
