Alright check the picture :

Pimple a is from 3 years back , it was huuge and green for some reason its still there but the head is gone

Pimple b is from 2 days back , and i dont want it to be like the first one .

What should i do to get rid of them both ? I already use neutrogena acne wash and some homemade remedies like green tea ice backs any advices? Thanks
