Diet? Go back on antibiotics till its gone then try and manage?

Diet never tried to change that i'm trying to eat healthier though if antibiotics you mean accutane nooo way, I was on that shit for nearly 1 year and 6 months because of that reason "wait untill it's gone" i got inflammatory from being on accutane then waiting a good 1 year + for it to go away and honestly my face did not change 1 bit, So i went of it they reduce a tiny bit not much.

Anyone please help
