You don't have acne and you look fine! I wouldn't do anything. Messing with your face can cause all kinds of bad things. If it aint broke don't fix it, etc

Because I've had acne, I've been clear for 7 years, and then gotten acne again after that. I know what it's like on both sides of the fence and being clear really is worth it.

It's an unwritten rule that you may slap anyone who comments/behaves rudely about how you look.
