Niacin made my skin worse....had to stop taking it.

I'm taking 500mg of regular Niacin from GNC....The Flushing isnt as bad of people say it is. I get red and burn but it feels like it's killing off my acne LOL.   So far so good with the Niacin ex...

I have not for the love of god been able to find regualr niacin. Wlagreens, CVS, Frys, Safe way Walmart...Nobody has Niacin with flush. All of them are time released and fllush free.   What the h...

well these bumps are inflammed. They look just like a big pimple but the weird thing is they dont come to a head.
