there is always accutane when other things doesnt work.

No its not normal, you should visit doc ASAP, here we can just discuss what is the problem, but you need real experienced eyes to look on it.

i will try topical erythromycin with zinc + needle picking from doctor, that helped me once, maybe should do same job now

i take only zinc, i had mono its 3 months, should that cause it? i dont know because 1st month no acne.

for me the biggest mistake is stopping routine after you get clear, i did that and now acne is back and iam lost.
