its a nodule or cyst already if its very deep beneath the skin and you cannot pop it or see no head. If you can leave it alone, that would be the best thing

Yes that is a cyst/nodule like the previous poster stated. Keep applying the bp daily. Picking it will make them more inflamed so don't do that. A dermatologist could inject it if it lingers for too long.

it may come to a head.. but most of the time, ones like that do not.. they just hurt and whisper temptation in your ear 'try and pop me, try!!!'

ultimately you mess up the skin and feel worse if it doesn't pop. however, if you do manage to pop it i personally think its one of the most satisfying feelings on earth haha

Just saw your post - please see my post about taking 2 lemons before bed. After a few days those will go down and disappear without even needing to be squeezed. Well, fingers crossed for you anyway.
