That sounds like a very very low dosage so I dont think thats what made you breakout. I always did 50% water and 50% acv.

Great post. Im using Manuka honey mgo 400+ twice a day for 2-3. If it wasnt so sticky id sleep with it on! Its sooo worth it!!!
