Id suggest benzoyl peroxide. (Benzac Ac Gel 2.5%) Maybe also a bit of apple cider vinegar (with water mixed in it) to clean it up a bit too.

I would suggest BP (Benzyl peroxide) and/or ACV (apple cider vinegar). Just make sure you dont use ACV straight from the bottle but mix it with an equal amount of water.
