I cleared up my skin with just 2 weeks using acutane is that weird ?

I had similar results. I am taking 40 mg for a month and it has been weeks since I had breakouts. Skin is considerably less oily and the only side effect I can think is dryness on the lips.

How long would it takes to see result for oral antibiotics?

I had no luck with antibiotics. Lymecicline didn't work so the derm prescribed Accutane.

Third month on accutane

Looks like you need to see your derm. Also, I would avoid putting on makeup while doing skin treatment.

Harsh things I get told about my acne/when I didn't wear makeup

I believe there are special kinds of makeup that actually treat acne. Well, it could be worse. If you were a guy you would be forbidden to wear makeup

Starting taking Isotretinoin. Need advice

Tough situation. I would take the pills. You could also schedule the beginning of the treatment for your vacations so if you do breakout you could just stay at home. That is what I did.
