I never had much facial hair (I am a guy btw). Started shaving fairly late, at age of 16. Around my 20's I could stay a whole week without shaving and yet I would have the beard of a 15 yo boy... Recently this thing changed and I started to have more and more facial hair (horray :D) apparently for no reason. However, I noticed my acne got worse pretty much at the same time. I wonder, could it be that I am having some kind of second puberty?

I'm hardly an expert, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but the acne could possibly be linked to your facial hair itself.

You might want to be more rigorous in how well you clean your face around your beard. Germs, bacteria, dirt, etc stick to hair. Hair is close to sweat pours. Germs and dirt get to pours easily and bingo. You got more acne. So yeah, you might just want to clean you face around your beard more often.
