I am also giving up on the cleansers now.   That is probably the best thing for you to do.

Don't take accutane, your acne is mostly just pimples, the kind that many teenagers get.   Your forehead looks a tad worse than the rest of your face, this is probably due to you hair touching it...

Contrary to what my name suggests, I am not a fan of this regimen. It personally made my acne 2-3X as bad as before I started using any topicals... and probably 20X as bad as when I was on the DKR. Fu...

Looks like the OP gave bad info and it caused heaps of people to breakout with some of the worst acne in their life.   Browse through the entire thread before you try.

How long is it before the flakes and blackheads mostly go away?

I found that cutting down on coffee drastically limited the number of inflammed zits I got too. Quitting it never eliminated them completely for me though, so I let myself drink a cup in the morning....

it worked for me for a little while but only temporarily. my acne came back...   This is what many people have reported.  

Do you still think it's coffee/caffeine or did the zits come back? let us know.

So what's the theory behind why the Regenerist stuff is good for acne? Isn't this product line meant to be for anti aging or skin revitalization?
