ok so i used a bottle to put my ACV mix in..its been in there for bout 2 weeks. its okay to leave it in there right? i dont have to keep making a new mix every day....

i found a thing that said 3 cups water n 1/3 ACV..i could only do 2 cups water cuz my container wasnt big enough. do you think it is okay? 1st time doing this...is that to much ACV????

wow! i read A LOT on this thread!! i couldnt read ALL of it though. i want to try out this ACV stuff.   I think I might only use ACV at nighttime but I am not sure yet. Maybe start only at night...
