I've never had this problem personally, but here's a thread with info. about the saline injections. It's kind of old, but should prove useful.

I took 800 mg twice a day also. I don't think I was ever fully clear on Bactrim alone, but it was the best of the antibiotics.

I just realized today what an epic fail I've pulled. My prescription bottle says to take 2 pills twice a day. I've only been taking 1 twice a day. I assumed they had given me 50 mg pills instead...

I tried the green smoothie and unfortunately I don't think I have the will-power to do them on a regular basis. (I think it's the bits of greens that are floating around. Makes me want a juicer...) ...
