Of course it's possible to heal. How long have you been dealing with this? What's your current treatment?

Redness

Glad you had the regimen work for you! That's awesome! Maybe now that you've got your acne under control, you could cut back to using the regimen once a day...that may help reduce the redness. Goo...

Why does Acne.org BP cause such extreme exfoliation when other brands typically produce very little visible exfoliation, or none at all?

Good question - I've wondered the same thing myself. I got chemical burns from their BP, but didn't find the current BP I'm using to irritate my skin at all (and it's the same percentage).

Personally, I would follow the regimen as they outline...otherwise you may not see changes/improvement.

BP too drying

I found the same thing with the acne.org BP. My skin was red, raw and flaky (and HURT). They recommend using too much, so I'd recommend cutting back on the amount (and to once a day) until you skin ...

Whether to start Accutane

Accutane would be my absolute last resort...it's really harsh and has tons of side effects, so unless it's cystic or severe, I would stay away to be honest.  Have you ever tried Unblemish?...

Spironolactone - Stopped working?

Unfortunately our bodies become immune to antibiotics the longer we're on them and/or the more often we use them. I'd talk to your doctor to see if it's safe to up your dosage.

does benzoyl peroxide cause wrinkles and flaking?

Yes this is definitely normal! It's a side effect, unfortunately.  The wrinkles are simply because of the dryness. You need to find a good moisturizer and apply that a few times a day to c...

Please help me

Retin A would be good! It speeds up the skin's renewal process (IE: your skin turns over faster; so the marks should heal faster). Give it a try for a few months, and make sure to take progress pics....

I would give it a chance for at least a month...if 0 improvement, then time to re-evaluate. I'm sorry you're experiencing a purge...it's tough to ride it out

Not sure if it would be roascea; could just be irritation from acne. What products are you currently using?
