apple blossom, i was vegan for two years and alothough i was post tane i was acne free so its hard for me to no what cleared my acne more.

maybe thats it then,its not so much not eating meat thats the issue but eating less carbs as a resulf of a meat diet.

saw a dermatologist i used to work with other day an she said derm's are starting more and more to look into diet-acne connection and he said my not eating meat may not help as there is some evidence ...

i was taking dianatte and it had no effect and i have come the pill anyway after being on it a long long time anyway,the only thing that works for me is diet based.

i eat at least three gloves of garlic a day,most days i never copok them as such just add to dished 5 mins to the end or so.   and the weird thing is you can never smell garlic on my breath!!!!!!...

im interested in trying this idea only im not sure about jsut washing your face in the morning with no mositure protection wont your skin produce more oil to compinsate?
