Hey guys...I know this has already been asked before but I can't find it in this thread..   will time release niacin still work as effectively as the non-flush niacin?

IMPORTANT question...   lets say i take the non-flush and it works well for about a week...but then stops. Would it get better if I stop taking the non flush and then begin taking the flush kind?...
