rooibos tea is nice and healthy,but it does nothing for acne.

Spot Treatment yes, it may reduce inflamation,and help it heal a little faster, but for acne no it probably wont be that effective on large areas of skin

What the hell is yeast going to do to cure acne? Sounds like funky black magic voodoo to me when there is sufficient scientific evidence i may give it more thought
