Don't worry man, its only been 2 weeks! The chances of you seeing results in 2 weeks are highly unlikely. Most people don't see real results till 3-4 months.

I think most people don't see results till month 3, a lot not till month 4 so I would say as long as you're not horribly breaking out still I would stick it out.

I don't think there is any magic cure for the red marks unfortunately I've heard dans AHA works well for fading red marks but it takes time like everything else.
