Nah I would say hold off for an appointment. I know how you feel man, I have to wait 3 months for my derm appointment. :/

You should try booking an appointment to see a dermatologist if you haven't already. They're expects in the field and probably could recommend a suitable alternative.

Yeah if I was you I would definitely try it. I've been prescribed 4 different drugs now and none of them have given any better results.

I don't really think it makes a difference. Prior to having back acne I use to have really hot showers, I guess I just have warm showers now? I think warmer water is better for your skin.
