Please help if someone knows how to fight with such acnes. It's getting worse and worse. I've tried almost all products, like exposed, nu skin, skin food and others. But can't figure out the main reason of my acnes and hope if someone know, will advise how to clean my face and etc. They're all over the face.

You should try booking an appointment to see a dermatologist if you haven't already. They're expects in the field and probably could recommend a suitable alternative.

Yeah book a derm if you can. Try to eat healthy, drink a lot of water and change your bed sheets regularly before you see the derm

I don't know your age but it could be puberty acne which sucks but it probably disappear over

I'm 24 years old and with acne spent over 5 years :( I'm asian and live in asia. Spent a lot of money in dermatologists and many kind of products. Now just lost my hope. They said the treatment, and no results. Don't know how to treat and if someone had acnes like mine and know the treatment, please help. :((((((

It could be something in your diet. Try cutting out gluten, dairy and soy as those tend to be triggers for alot of people. Reintroduce them into your diet after 1-3 months(one at a time) to see if any of them are a trigger for you. Also, if you don't get a lot of sun you can try a vitamin d3 supplement(that doesn't contain soy). That has helped me a lot

You should try not to use too many products. Keep a simple regimen. Your acne doesn't look as severe. Try using natural products. Use a gentle cleanser and oil free moisturizer. For toner, use apple cider vinegar diluted with water. If it's too harsh on your skin, add more water or use it every other day. Try drinking atleast 2 - 3 glasses of cold water with ACV in it. Honestly, ACV has cleared up my acne a lot and it's a life saver.

Hope your skin clears up soon! :-)
