I've been taking 3-4 pills a day (at 1 gram each) as well as saw palmetto and zinc daily. I can't say I've seen a change yet. I think I've been on it for about 4+ weeks now.

Without reading through this thread, is there anyone else who thinks taking fish oil may have made the acne worse? Or is it just the fish oil bringing all the dirt out of the skin or somethin?
