If you overused it, like used it twice a day, or even everyday, then it is normal.

they both seem to be bad, lymecycline is to me the best one, never get an upset stomach on that, and clears acne perfectly

Acne does make sex a lot harder, like imagine rubbing against someone with a bunch of acne on their body, or kiss someones cheeks who have acne. It sets limits.

No there is no way that antibiotics can cause more acne. Antibiotics kills the bacteria that is responsible for infections, nothing more.
