If you have a dent/hole in your face then its atrophic and you have a scar. If its just red/brown/purple/discolored, then its either PIE or PIH. thank you !

When i stretch my skin my scars dissaper so i am not sure wheater they are pitted scars or pih/pie

I once heard that if there is redness or pink or purple color then its post inflammatory erythema i never knew that atropic scars have color

Because you're eating something that is aggravating your acne. no way i am telling you that if i am eating sugar and dairy i am getting less acne than when i am eating fruits and veggies

But someone can tell me why i am breaking out more when i am on holistic diet? Its crazy :/
