Paige isn't saying anything about sugar and dairy. She's saying that you are eating something in your holistic diet that you're sensitive to.

i heard that its normal to get intial breakouts on holistic diet so maybe that the reason my acne is worse since the start of the diet?

I have no idea what i am sensitive to there is any test to do or something?

You could try an elimination diet to try to rule things out.

I think initial breakouts from diet are not normal. My guess would be that something you're eating is making things worse, like I said.

not normal? I heard that the toxic is getting out of the body through the skin

Yes, that is not true. If a diet is working for you, your skin should be improving from the start.

ok thx so i think i will go back to my regular routine with dairy and sugar but less and i will avoid 100 percent chocolate because its cause acne for me for sure can i ask what diet are you on ? Is is work for you ?

My diet is a work in progress. When I do relatively good with my diet and watch what I put on my skin (cleanser, moisturizers, etc. all clog me) I can keep my inflamed acne under control. I still struggle with non-inflamed acne, though.

Here's what I eat on a typical day:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with strawberries and cinnamon and egg whites cooked in coconut oil

Lunch: Smoothie (frozen fruit, carrot juice, cucumber, banana, and coconut yogurt), coconut flakes mixed with raisins, and a potato

Dinner: Some sort of lean meat, veggies, potato

Snacks: Fruit, veggies, and coconut flakes with raisins (I eat it like trail mix)

Just because a naturopath said it doesn't mean it's true.
