So many variables. Truly all about the skill of the practitioner and how much experience they have. But worth a shot.

thank you! I will !
I'm on 3rd week on acupuncturemixed with properly diet and phytotherapy... i'm doing it with a chinese specialist, spend money (its expensive!)
Well i've seen results,I feel better and calm, but this disease is so complexed that this is not working so much AT ALL, it's been hard days with so restrict diet avoiding dairy and gluten and acne still present in my life. Tried almost everything andI can not see a light at the end of the tunnel yet.
I have done accupuncture and it completely cured my acne!! Im not exaggerating, I had terrible cystic pimples all on my cheeks and chin, forehead... after 6 weeks, going two times a week, they were gone! I stopped breaking out, even before and during my period. You have to be patient. But it really works!!
Once i stopped going (because I moved overseas and it became really expensive to do in my new city), the acne came back after about two months. So it really made a huge difference, if you can afford it. In the US you can find a practitioner who can claim it through health insurance so you dont pay a thing.
I tried accupuncture for a few months back in 2015. On the stress front, it helped a lot. Acnewise, it did nothing. I don't think it made things worse but it definitely did not help at all. I think like with everything, it depends on what the main driving force of your acne. Now finding that out can be a challenge.
