^ i never refrigerated mine, and their capsule form. Maybe thats why it gave me bad effects. But on the label it never suggested this. The GLA goes rancid when not refrigerated, post opening the bott...

remember to keep the oils refrigerated to stop them going rancid     my starflower is in capsule form do i still need to keep it in the fridge? also do i keep the lecithin in the fridge?
