Yeah this happens when your skin is still sensitive to the treatment (BP). You will either build up a good tolerance with time or wait longer to apply your moisturizer.

No it doesn't. I use to think this too. It's because we are always looking to blame something for our acne. I have abstained for 30 days and I still got acne and it didn't get better.
