my parents' friend was in Russia recently and she brought back these homeopathic pills for acne, they're called "Nougrinum-skin" and are supposed to be for acne and oily skin. i tried them without any expectations and i gotta say it actually does what it promises. within a week my oiliness reduced by about 50% and i had no new acne for 2 weeks so far.
i'm pretty sure you can't find this stuff anywhere other than Russia since it's made there, but i decided to post a list of ingredients so that you can find something similar.
ingredients: Carbo vegetabilis D12, Calendula D6, Chelidonium D12, Kalium bromatum D6, Sanguinaria D6, Hepar sulfur D12, Sulfur D6.
this combination worked wonders for me, i suggest everyone try to find something with same or at least most of the ingredients.

i found a website that sells this! its only like 36 dollars.. but the problem is the site is in all russian *shocker* lol.. does anyone know of a way to get it translated?
heres the site.. its the second from the top
illmatic, i started taking them about 2.5 weeks ago. there's 480 tiny capsules, and directions are to take 8 of them and dissolve under tongue, 4 times a day. my acne was upper moderate, on face and shoulders/back. right now my face is still clear, lot less oily, one active pimple on my back and only using one topical, that neutrogena multi-vitamin treatment to get rid of redmarks.
sadcaroline, it is 36 roubles, which is something like $1.50 lol. i dont think they deliver overseas though.
use this to translate from russain --> english
hey everyone.. ive really been looking into this today.. an i have a homeopathist friend.. an he told me the way we can do this.. he said to find a homeopathic pharmacy an have them compound the exact ingridients.. he gave me the name of one.. and sure enough they will compound it exactly for me.... so ill keep you posted on everything.. we havent worked out all the details.. but so far i think they are gonna make it.. ill post all pharmacy info soon.. im so excited about this.. because it is known that homeopathy has NO side effects.. yay
as for amount of each ingredient i have no idea, maybe it was on the box but i threw it out. i would guess its about the same as of ingredients in other acne homeopathy.
EDIT:i am so stupid, i just got that those "D6", "D12" numbers are the potency of the ingredient. if you show them to a specialist i'm sure they'll know exactly what you want.
i saw a major reduction in oil on the 3rd day and no new pimples after day 4-5. i also noticed that following the directions is very important, if i take it 4 times a day and amount as directed or even more than that, everything is alright, but since i only got enough for about a month i tried lowering dosage and frequency. next day, eventhough i didnt get any new acne, my face was a lot more oily.

Well I did a search on homeopathic acne treatments. And discovered there are roughly... give or take... a million different kinds. Anyways, only one of them really interested me in the least bit, but no ingredients list was given so I contacted them regarding one. Dunno, I doubt I'll find the right one .
Ok i found the same product being sold at Vitaminshoppe.com, it's not the product I was looking for though, so the search continues.
As far as my discovery goes... Nothing too impressive about the ingredients, but then again, I have no idea what the hell any of it is. It's called Acne Relief. Anyone ever hear of this? It sounds so familiar but I don't know from where.
