Is anyone out there still using Puredeming Intense Gel for their post inflammatory hyperpigmentation?

The posts are from a few years back and I was wondering if anyone found any success in using it. Also, in addition to adding it to the Regimen, do you add it on before or after? Any information would be fabulous!

so i just went to my dermatologist today to ask whether i can get prescription for retin-a to help my red mark fade faster and he explained to me that what i was going through isnt hyperpigmentation but swollen blood vessel and that it would heal in time. the only procedure that can help is special laser treatment treating blood vessel.

meladerm or any skin lightener works on hyperpigmentation not to me and i just bought this expensive 70$ meladerm yesterday

he also said that going sun tanning is okay too twice-3 times a week to help disguise the red mark because i have pale skin and red marks are very visible to me.

however from what ive been reading its the total opposite since everybody is against tanning for red marks as they say it can become darker and harder to fade.

please advise tanning/no tanning?

Just wondering if anyone can help...

I've finally gotten rid of my acne but am left with red marks on my cheeks and forehead. Some marks have been there for years. I've had 4 skin needling treatments and it did nothing for my scars!

Any good/recommended products that actually work in reducing the redness? I hate having to go out with foundation all the time! The marks make me feel soo self conscious.

Does lemon juice help with red marks like applying on face?

How about lime juice?

Or is it better to drink it?

Best I've used so far is manuka honey (smear some on a bandage and stick it on youre red mark overnight). After a week or so Ive seen a gradual but sugnificant difference. I really want to use vitamine E oil but people say it takes a month to work and I really don't have the time so at the moment I would just stick with manuka honey. I have a pimple at the moment that looks like its going to scar with a black mark so I'm going to get soma my vitamine E oil and rub it in before bed. Fingers crossed my already destroyed face likes the oil and honey! ;)

Hi guys,

I completely sympathies with people with scars... but don't let the reflection of a mirror fool you. Glass is the best reflective surface to see the true depth of scars.

I have had and still have some red marks and scars. For at least 2-3 months I have been using Rose Hip Oil, I have seen noticeable improvement the red marks are fading and my skin is starting to look smooth. It does take a lot of time and patients, it is not an over night miracle.

It may help to wash the face with just warm water and dry by patting the face down with a clean dry towel use a cotton ball to apply the Rose Hip Oil. Use this method 1x morning and 1x evening and wash the face with warm water sometime during the afternoon, this will get rid of any dirt and excess oil.

Hope this helps.

Good luck, feedback would be ace.

this is my fourth month of the regimen. i've been looking for a good moisturizer for a month now and noticed i can get a moisturizer and dark spot minimizer in one so i started looking for a product that promised both things. I found it in Pond's clarant B3 dark spot correcting moisturizer. It's thick so I mostly put it on at night and it definitely fights any dryness caused by benzol peroxide. I also add a few drops of jojoba oil for good measure. After 1 week of using this product my acne marks are not as prominent. Instead of looking dark and red, they look smoother and pink and I'm sure I'll see further improvement as I continue using it. I'm very happy with this product :)

Below you will see the most accurate before and after pics I could find.

Try it! it works!

Well you should not!

First of all you need to wait for your acne to go away.

After seeing all the positive reviews for the PureDeming Intense gel I have picked some up. Do people who have used it have any suggestions for use, especially in assocaition with BP? I was thinking about putting the gel on for an hour at night, then showering, and then applying my BP, does that sound reasonable?

Also, I have purchased the toner by PureDeming, which contains ACV, Tea Tree Oil, and Makuna Honey (or however it's spelled). Has anybody used it before? Thoughts? Reviews?

Any help would be great! Thanks!

WC7

If your still out there, and tried PureDeming. Can you let me know how it went?

Hi, im tyler. Im a 16 year old from canada. This is my story about my awful skin tone. For about 2 and a half years now i have had the worst breakouts imagenable on my cheeks and my temples. All through my grade nine year in highschool i popped my pimples and then did something even worse... i picked at the scabs!!! SOMETIMES MORE THAN ONCE ON THE SAME SCAB!!! Once i entered grade 10 i notice just how bad my uneven skin tone from acne acctually looked so i stopped picking away at the scabs, but i still couldnt fight the urge to stop popping the zits i was getting. Then that summer right before my current grade 11 year I did the worsed possible thing i could've, i tanned! and i meen i TANNED LIKE CRAZY!!! sometimes even up to 2-3 HOURS A DAY!!! I was so desperate to cover my bad skin tone i resulted to that. Then when the sun went away my tan faded and now it is probally the worst its ever been. Now i have a mixture of dark brownish and pink & redish spots all over my cheeks and my temples. And for reasons i dont know, when ever my face gets red because of physical activity or i just begin to get hot, the spots on my face get even reder and where there were places that I had even skin tone RED SPOTS BEGIN TO APPER THERE!!! why is this!?!? Lucky for me for some odd reason i didnt get any scars from this, its just the ugly tone. And also lucky for me i dont get too many zits because i went on accutane for a month and they seemed to go away for the most part. ive tryed bio-oil, retina, bleeching skin products, I have 5 microdermabrasion treatments done that didnt seem to help too much(I did notice the slight improvment but the littlest) and they cost me $600. Yeah well other guys are spending there money on getting cars and spending time with girls, i spend all mine on trying to fix my the way my skin looks so that i can have the chance to acctually attract girls. I have $1000 dollars now that im willing to spend on anything to help me. This has taken such an emotional toll on me now, knowing that everytime you talk to the girl you like, you can see that she is acting nice to you but you can feel her looking right at the side of your face. I have tryed everything possible that i know i have been able to do so far, ive spent nights crying well looking into the mirror. ALL I WANT IS NORMAL SKIN LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT EVENING OUT MY SKIN TONE!!!! PLEASE!!! will chemical peels work for this better than microderms? i feel that this may fade with time, cause it has somewhat, but still it will take years!!! i dont want to look back to my highschool years and remeber that this it what it was like!!!! I want to enjoy this time of my life but im finding it so hard with this, please help me, you dont know how much it hurts... :'(

There are so many different products and I'm so confused as to which are the most effective. I'm looking for a product that is not expensive that i just put on my redish/brown mark after cleansing to help speed up the healing process. Too many people using too many different things, I don't want to buy something that doesn't work that well or super slow. Any help?

I highly recommend lactic acid peels for red marks. I have stubborn red marks that take a year+ to fade. Every pimple, whether I pop it or not, leaves a mark. I've used a couple aha products in lotion and gel form over a 2 year period (Acne.org, Paula's Choice, and Alpha Hydrox). While all have helped fade my red marks to a certain extent, none have had lasting effect. I soon reached a plateau and didn't see any more improvement. I couldn't take it anymore so I looked for another alternative. I didn't want to wait another year and still see them there. So I went on MUA and asked for recommendations. A few suggested home peels, either with glycolic or lactic acid.

I went with lactic since I was told it's gentler and work better on hyperpigmentation.

I've done 5 (40%) lactic acid peels thus far. The last two peel I left on my skin for 10 minutes. The old marks that I've had on my cheeks for a year have completely faded. You can't even tell they were there. I still have a few red marks left to deal with, so I'm not 100'% satisfied. Once I finish the 1 oz bottle, I will move up to 50%. Hopefully they will be gone by then so I don't have to increase the percentage.

I have found that using natural ingredients like sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemons have helped a lot more than any commercial products that I've purchased in the past. I use sugar and olive oil as a scrub every other day. Apple Cider Vinegar helps with spot treating since its acidity makes it anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and an anti-viral agent. Fresh lemons help with brightening the skin.

Lemons are my favorite, although i'm too lazy to apply topicals.

Lemons are a frugal person's dream (ahem). Applying topicals can become so tiresome after awhile. I couldn't apply any topicals during Accutane, so I am very un-used to having to put stuff on my face. Most days I don't and that works out pretty well for me.
