[Routine Help] Oil/sweat droplets on nose

For the last 6 or so months my nose does this weird thing where oil/liquid? begins to slowly build up on the surface. After reading multiple forums I am under the impression that my nose may be dehydrated. But it seems nothing I do really makes a difference. Ive tried all sorts of moisturizers, gentle cleansers, harsher cleansers, differin, quitting all actives, trying actives. These little oil/sweat droplets even appear when I dont use moisturizer at all. Im at a loss, its quite embarrassing. The week and half Ive quit cleaning all together, I just use cold water and moisturize and still dont see much difference. Any recommendations? Im 17 btw (puberty?)

Hmm. Have a picture? Maybe you're just looking and focusing on it too closely? Maybe it's just puberty like you're saying. We all get oily during puberty.

Also here's some info on oily skin

I used to get builds up of oil on my nose, these eventually lead to spots and scabs, which when I picked them, left my nose feeling greasy/oily. I drew the connection to my diet. Not that it was bad or anything, but whenever I ate something particularly greasy like a takeaway, it would build on my nose. Perhaps it could be your diet?

@dan Hey, Dan. This isn't me in the picture but it looks something like this. I have a dry skin type and the oil on my nose isn't like a film but just little beads of oil

Hmm. Beads of oil are you sure? Or a little sweat in there? I can't help but keep wondering if it's just shiny/oily and maybe you're focusing on it too closely? I can't really tell unless I see a pic of you.
