I have these bumps on my nose and they became more prominent after lockdown. I have oily skin (F20y) and i live in a very hot and humid climate. I also have pcos which I recently found out. Ive tried AHA/BHA and Benzoyl Peroxide but i think none of them rlly works. If anyone can tell them what they might be it wld be helpful and anyth i can do to combat them! Im also planning to see a derm soon so till then Im depending on BP bc its what i have currently.

I took the first pic in the sun whereas the 2nd is artificial white light.

If you have a hormonal disease, that's probably the best place to start to see if you can get to the root of your issue. Have you spoken with a doc?

As far as a specific diagnosis, a derm could probably tell you better. I am guessing here, but looks like maybe a sebaceous gland thing going on? I'm not sure, but that would make sense with PCOS.

@dan Ive spoken to a doc regarding my PCOS and she did mention that it is common to get hormonal acne and advised me to watch my diet. Its pretty frustrating to keep hearing the same thing and my derm actually recommended me to go through laser though, hes not sure if it will disappear permanently.

Interesting. Keep me/us posted if you can. This is interesting and people can learn from your experience.
