hello everyone

it's been 15 years that I have s.th I used to call acne on my arms, back, stomach, chest and nearly all over my body. also I had acne on my face at age of 15 till 23 that get better and now I rarely have acne on my face.

after years of false diagnoses one derm told that I have Folliculitis and I start to to use doxycycline and topical antibiotic for 3 month and it help to reduce them. after few monthes they come back and are still with me. Is there anyone with same issue that could get better?

Important thing about them is that when I try to pop them out, there is always a hair in the middle of it.

my derm told to use hair removal laser but the hair on my arms are too soft and laser doesn't work and just make it stronger and worse. I always try to moisturise my body but doesn't help a lot. they just makes my arm feel too rough and they don't feel soft and that's the worst part!

the photos of my arms are here. Maybe you think there isn't any obvious acne here but when you touch you can feel them and when you press it pop out with a hair in the middle as I told before.
