I've been suffering from mouth/chin pustules for a few years, which I believe to be "Gram-Negative Folliculitis" or Staph.
Having reads loads of topics here, tried many things, I still haven't eradicated them but noticed that applying Iodine in the nostrils, reduce the number of break outs, also BP helps it to some extent.

Previously, I have tried some topical/oral antibiotics, which helped not only the pustules but also the whiteheads I get from time to time but I only get pustules around this area.

I have tried: Probiotics, different kinds of cleansers/moisturizers, no carbs/sugar, supplements, changing pillowcase, rubbing alcohol, caveman regime...
