Hello, good day to all, can anyone help me with my acne, I've been getting all of this for almost 2 years now. They're always near my mouth. I've always treated them as fungal acne, but they're not leaving. They're in cluster always. I think I've got this when I shaved last 2 years. They are itchy. I've used anti-dandruff shampoo and ketoconazole to treat them, but they always come back. I hope you can help me with my condition. Thanks :))
