Do you have any recommendations of what I can add to this roobios tea to make it taste better. I do not like the taste at all! Ive tried adding honey and it does absolutely nothing! I prefer green tea.

I try to avoid lemons because lemons wear the enamel off teeth and can lead to cavities.

Where can I buy rice milk? I dont drink regular milk anymore because I think it contributes to my breakouts

I started drinking this yesterday, and yeah, it tastes terrible. but i made a big pot of it and chilled it and put it into a pitcher so i can have iced tea whenever i want, it also doesn't taste as bitter. i didn't add anything to it, i just dealt with it. i've been chugging it so much that now i don't really care.

I hate its tastes more and more. I even created topic encouraging others to try it out. Usually I get used to something, but with rooibos it was different. I started to drink it and it was ok, but the more time passed the less I liked the taste. now it makes me sick.

I love this tea and think I've noticed it helping my acne but it makes me SO tired. I wanted to be able to drink it through out the day but it knocks me out!!! The chamomile, I'm sure. Anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do?? I really want this to work!!!

I have just started drinking this tea, but here in Australian stores have only found the 100% Rooibos tea bags. I am not a fan of herbal teas, but have been adding rice milk to it. Tastes nice and kind of creamy, and like the rice milk.

I found a review written by someone who said that while Get Gorgeous actually works to clear acne, Get Clean works even better. she mixes both when making tea.

What do you know about the difference between Get Georgeous for Cler skin and Get Clean Detox?

I buy my Rooibos at the Dollar Store. It's 100% Rooibos Tea, and I like it. I think it helps a lot because recently I ran out of it and my acne is lil. inflammed.:(

This is so funny... Rooibos Tea is a dutch thing as far as I know... in the Netherlands it's a common thing to drink... buying these things are sooooooooo cheap. For a few euro you got like 100 bags :P

Just started drinking this tea 2 days ago. 2-3 cups a day, nothing added just straight up tea..I must say I prefer it to green tea and it seems to have even more health benefits than it. I'm excited to see if it gives me a glow or prevents any new acne from forming. I'll report any results.

I have the Twinings of London brand of this tea. It's just pure Rooibos Red Tea...Not sure if it's the same or as effective as the 'Get Gorgeous' brand or whatever, anyone know?

Also would applying this as a toner to mix with ACV be good? I read that some people use green tea to dilute ACV toners but it sounds like Rooibos would be great, if not better since it contains AHA and zinc. At the same time I wouldn't want it to clog pores. Anyone try that?

Well, I took the plunge and bought the tea. Today is my first day of drinking and while I'm liking the taste, I think it is making me tired. I feel very slugish. But hey, if this stuff actually works, I'll take being tired any day.

I'll post my results in a week.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what type of lipton tea contains rooibos, do all of them contain rooibos or is it a particular one?

Rooibos is a particular plant, whereas most lipton teas are from the actual tea bush (camelia sinensis). You'd have to look for a Lipton tea that specifically lists Rooibos as it's main ingredient. I would get pure Rooibos if you can, because it will be higher quality if they're not trying to cover up the taste with various flavorings, and you don't risk a negative reaction with an added ingredient.

Or you could get the "Get Clear" and "Get Clean" teas that people are suggesting, which is a mixture of plants including Rooibos.

To help stop popping go to: www.STOPPICKINGONME.com This site changed my picking life.

And please, please, please read every single page, especially the end where it talks about methods to break the habit (even includes the 12 step program!). It's meant to be read as a book, because the author wrote it as a method of recovery for her own picking habits. It's really long, so a lot of people stop reading after the anatomy section, but that last parts are just as helpful. Take breaks and bookmark where you left off.

Good luck!
